Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Bites
These Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Bites are the perfect appetizers to make for any ocassion! You can use your left over holiday stuffing/dressing to make them!
Servings 8 bites
Ingredients
- 4 thick bacon strips (cut in half)
- 1 cup stuffing or dressing (see note below)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoons of stuffing and form into a round ball.
- Take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the ball.
- Secure with a toothpick and place on the baking sheet.
- Continue with steps 3 through 5 until the stuffing is gone.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon looks dark and cooked.
