With an electric mixer, mix the above ingredients (minus the pie crust) in the order given above.
Pour 3 cups of filling each into frozen or homemade pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Don't have pumpkin or not a fan of it? You can substitute 3 and 1/2 cups of puree'd sweet potatoes. I like to bake the left over filling in a small casserole dish and make a 'crustless' dessert for the kids. It's so delicious! Recipe Source:My wondeful mother :)
