Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
Layer the chopped green onions, chopped green bell pepper, chopped celery, and chopped Andouille sausage in the casserole dish.
Spread the 2 cups of uncooked rice on top of the chopped vegetables and sausage.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the French Onion soup, tomato sauce, water, and cayenne pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
Spread the liquid mixture on top of the uncooked rice in the casserole dish.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for an hour and a half.
Serve immediately.
Notes
