Instructions
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the rice and cook until golden about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add onions, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, cumin, garlic cloves, and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and lightly simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the green chile sauce if desired. Mix well before serving.
