Turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce are combined with Swiss cheese and sourdough bread to make these Thanksgiving sandwiches. It's like having Thanksgiving dinner all over again, without all the cooking!

Ingredients
2tbsp.regular mustard
2slicessourdough sandwich bread
2slicesof Swiss Cheese
1/3cupshredded turkey from Thanksgiving
3tbsp.left over cranberry sauce
1/3cupleft over dressing/stuffing
2tbsp.left over turkey gravy
2tbsp.butterat room temperature
Instructions
Preheat a skillet on low to medium heat.
Take 1 tbsp. of butter and spread it on one side of a piece of bread.
Once the pan is finished preheating, take the slice of bread and place it on to the pan, buttered side down.
Slather 1 tbsp. of mustard on the top and place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
Take the 1/3 cup shredded turkey and place it on top. Followed by the dressing/stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Finish it off with the last piece of Swiss Cheese.
Take the second piece of bread and spread 1 tbsp. of mustard on top. Take the piece and place it, mustard side down, on top of the sandwich.
Slather the top of the sandwich with 1 tbsp. of butter.
Smash the sandwich down with a spatula.
Heat in skillet until the cheese is melted, the tops of the bread are light brown, and the inside is heated through, making sure to carefully flip the sandwich every so often.
