sweet potatoes
medium, washed and scrubbed

tbsp.
butter
cut into 5 pieces

tsp.
ground cinnamon

sprigs
fresh rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Take each sweet potato and poke holes around them with a fork.
Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Bake for an hour. Let them cool and garnish with butter, ground cinnamon, and fresh rosemary.
