Easy Baked Sweet Potatoes

This easy Baked Sweet Potato Recipe is simple enough to make when you are running low on time and funds. They compliment any main meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 sweet potatoes medium, washed and scrubbed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. butter cut into 5 pieces
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Take each sweet potato and poke holes around them with a fork.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for an hour. Let them cool and garnish with butter, ground cinnamon, and fresh rosemary.
