Easy Valentine Pretzel Buttons

Made with only 3 ingredients, these Valentine Pretzel Buttons are so simple to make, that you’ll wonder where this recipe has been all of your life!

Pssst…guess what?
Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day!  If you are reading this through e-mail, you are probably already celebrating it…so happy love day to you 😉

These cute little treats are floating around Pinterest like crazy.  Truth be known, they have been on my boards for quite some time now.  Like most every recipe on my ‘to try’ boards, they have remained there until today.  Once you see how crazy easy these are to make though, you can see why they are making their rounds.

10 minutes and 3 ingredients are all you need!
Had I known these weren’t going to be time consuming, I would have made them for my children’s classmates this year.  Due to my laziness however, everyone in their classes will be getting a bunch of pre-made/manufactured Valentine fruit snacks and Twizzlers.  I know, I’m such a bad mom!  However, it is what it is and now I know to definitely make these for next year.

The ones you see in the pictures will be passed out to our neighbors tonight…unless Husband Man and my two children eat them first.  Hey…it’s happened before.

Word has it that these are also very versatile and can be made with any type of Hershey Kiss and any type of M&M.  Can you imagine the holiday possibilities?  Easter…Christmas…Thanksgiving…yummy!  I will definitely try them all!

So if you are still undecided about what to make for Valentine’s Day tomorrow, run to your grocery store, purchase these items, and make these.  You will not regret it.  Promise 🙂

Libby's Notes

Don't leave these out at room temperature to solidify because they will end up a gooey mess.  Your best bet is to let them cool in the fridge until it's time to eat or serve.
