The Best Fruit Smoothie
Serving Size: 1 cup
- 1 cup milk, any kind
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 6 strawberries, chopped
- Splash of orange juice or any kind of other juice you have on hand
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
You can use frozen bananas and other frozen fruit in this as well. Don't like strawberries? Use another kind of berry in it's place.
