- 1 cup milk, any kind
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 6 strawberries, chopped
- Splash of orange juice or any kind of other juice you have on hand
- Place all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
