Pineapple Lime Coolers
ย Made with only three ingredients, these Pineapple Lime Coolers are the perfect way to cool down in the summer! For an adult friendly version, add a touch of flavored liqueur.ย

Have you guys seen Pinterest lately??
People have already started pinning pumpkin desserts, stews, and dishes. ย All of these pins are just a reminder that summer is just about over with.
My children go back to school in t minus 3 weeks. ย Eeeek!
This week, we will be shopping for school supplies and back to school clothes.
My daughter will be in third grade and my son will be first. ย Seriously, where in the heck does the time go?? ย Anyway, that’s all for a different post.

As much as I have enjoyed this summer, a tiny part of me is ready for fall. ย I’m ready to see the mountains change from green to orangeโฆand I’m ready for the days to start getting shorter.
These Pineapple Lime Coolers will hold me over until then. ย I rarely post beverage recipes on the blog so I figured I’d change that with this one.
Wanna know the best part about this drink–besides it tasting amazingly wonderful??
There’s only 3 ingredients in it!
YESโฆthat’s what I wroteโฆ3 ingredients.

I kid you not, I whipped these up in a total of 15 minutes this weekend. ย It was that simple.
I let Husband Man taste them, as well as our kids and their friends. ย The verdict was the same from all of themโฆdelish.
These drinks are guaranteed to chase away the summer heat. ย Make em’ for your clan and enjoy the last few weeks of the summer season ๐

If you are making this for more then 3 people, make sure to double or triple the recipe. You can also use fresh lemon juice instead of lime. We preferred the lime ๐

Yes the summer definitely has flown by! ๐
Oh yum! This looks so good and sounds refreshing. I love how easy it is too. Pinning! Thanks for sharing!
You are welcome for sharing! Thanks for the pin ๐
I found this lovely recipe on the In and Out of the Kitchen link party and thought Iโd stop by. I am currently doing a call out for no-bake recipes on my recipe link party, The Yuck Stops Here and would love it if you would bring this recipe and any of your other no-bake favorites to the party! This would certainly make a nice, alcohol free addition to the drink section! The party starts tonight (Tuesday) at 8pm ET and can be found on my blog, Hot Mommaโs Kitchen Chaos. I hope to see you there! HUGS
Thank you for the invite! Unfortunately, I think I missed the party ๐ Let me know when there is another one though and I will link it up ๐
I'm not ready to start talking about fall yet! So this is a perfect recipe to help me hold onto summer for a little bit longer. Thank you for linking at the In and Out of the Kitchen Link Party. Hope to see you again next week.
