Cool and Easy 20 Minute Strawberry Glazed Pie
The simplicity of this Cool and Easy 20 Minute Strawberry Glazed Pie will have you wanting to make three or four more! With only five ingredients, this pie is destined to make a mark in your favorite recipe collection!

This pie needs to be your go-to dessert when strawberries are in season! It’s made with only five ingredients, which means your grocery bill will be a tad bit lower then expected. Also, the recipe itself is effortless. All you have to do is boil sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick. Then proceed to add in your Jello and chopped strawberries. Let them cool for a bit then fill your pie shell. Afterwards, it’s ready to chill in the fridge overnight. Who knew making a strawberry pie could be this simple? Certainly not I!


Serves: 16 Makes two 9-inch regular crust pies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 small box of powdered strawberry Jello
- 4-5 cups of sliced strawberries
- 2 9 inch regular pie shells pre-made or homemade

Instructions
- Bake pie shells according to packaged directions or according to your homemade recipe and let them cool.
- In a small pot over medium heat, mix sugar and cornstarch together.
- Add in the water and boil until it becomes thick and clear, around 10 minutes.
- Add in the powdered strawberry Jello. Stir until well combined and then let cool, around 10 minutes.
- Add the 4-5 cups of sliced strawberries. Stir until combined.
- Fill the pie shells and refrigerate until both are firm and gel-like.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
